This is a wonderful opportunity to work one to one
in person or online with an experienced teacher to address personal vocal goals and make a difference in your voice.
Proper vocal technique (understanding the vocal instrument, enhancing your breath support, addressing vowel formation, and becoming consistent with vocal placement) can be applied to any musical style:
jazz, pop, musical theater, singer songwriter, or R&B.

About Ellen

Vocalist and recording artist Ellen Robinson has been teaching singing students of all levels and ages for over 40 years in pop, musical theater and jazz styles, as well as directing vocal groups and teaching singing classes. She has been a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. Currently, in addition to her private students and performing career, she is the director of the Anything Goes Choruses, community choruses in San Francisco and East Bay, and Swingshift Singers, a women’s singing class. Ellen has taught vocal workshops at the California Jazz Conservatory in Berkeley, musical theater at Stagebridge in Oakland, has been a vocal instructor at U.C. Berkeley Extension, a choral director for the Oakland Youth Chorus and a music teacher at Walden Center & School in Berkeley and Beacon School in Oakland.
