Women’s Jazz & Blues Camp

The Jazzschool Women’s Jazz and Blues Camp is a concentrated week-long program that provides women musicians the opportunity to study and perform jazz and related styles of music. This supportive environment equips musicians with technical and artistic skills they can apply in any setting and affords them opportunities to network with others who share their passion for music.

Ellen will be directing the new Jazz Choir and will work with singers one to one in private lessons.

The Camp is produced by Jazzschool faculty members Jean Fineberg and Ellen Seeling, Asst. Dir. and Dir. of the Montclair Women’s Big Band (MWBB) and employs an all-women faculty from the MWBB, the Jazzschool, and the Bay Area’s most respected performers and educators.
